Intense Skills Training

Skills Training runs per term for 10 weeks. It is focused on developing the fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, pivoting, shooting, and basketball IQ.


The sessions will ensure the players learn the following:

  • Dribbling: pound, in between the legs, crossover, behind the back, and in and out
  • Pivoting: reverse pivot and forward pivot
  • Shooting: correct shooting form, free throws, layups, reverse layups
  • Basketball IQ: understanding how to move, when to move and when to use the moves


We understand that each player has their own journey towards developing their skills so we adjust the coaching accordingly to fit the needs of the players.
