Basketball Camp FAQs

When and where is the School Holiday Basketball Camp?

School Holiday Basketball Camp will run for 2 days on 8 & 9 July 2024. It is scheduled from 9AM to 3PM at Dural Recreation Centre.

Parents are requested to ensure their child/ren arrive to the venue 10 minutes before the session to ensure they are checked in before the activities start.

What should we wear?

Participants should wear a singlet or loose shirt, shorts without pockets, and runners or basketball shoes.

It is best if they have a spare shirt they can change into at the end of the session as we are expecting they will be sweaty after the activities.

What do we need to bring?

Participants should bring their ball, towel, water bottle, and lunch and snacks. They should also bring any medications they need.

What are the activities?

The coaches prepared fun, engaging and challenging activities for the participants.

The session will start with warm-up and drills. There will be dribbling,  pivoting, shooting, and rebounding drills. Be prepared to play 1v1, 2v2, 2v3, 4v4, 5v5.

We will have a couple of short breaks for tea/snacks and a longer break for lunch.

What time will the session end?

Parents are requested to be there 10 minutes before 3PM to collect the players.
